We are fully booked on 3 and 4 June.

This lovely cottage is booked through to 25 August, apart from one week.
Special rates for 1 week arriving Saturday 26 May
Usual rate £690, last minute rate £590.
3 night weekend breaks now £390, and four night midweek breaks also £390 from 26 May to 1 June.
You can have breakfast at White Moss House ( a 5 minute walk) for £10 per person if you wish.

Cancellation Policy.
We request a deposit of £50 per room. If a room is cancelled with 4 weeks notice this is returned less 25%. For cancellations with less than 4 weeks notice the deposit is retained.If the booking is cancelled with less than 1 week's notice we will try our best to relet the accomodation, but reserve the right to charge in full if the rooms are not re let.
Guests are recommended to take out insurance to cover costs that may arise in case of cancellation.
