Standard Return Policy:
You may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The item(s) being returned must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact. For hygienic reasons, brushes and combs cannot be returned. International returns of Dangerous Goods (Perfumes, Colognes, Diffusers & Shaving Foams) are not permitted.
To initiate a return, please log into your account or contact our customer service team at sales@whitemoss.com. Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
For exchanges, please follow our return process and place a new order for the desired items.
